I am thrilled to be teaching at Hoffman School! This is my twentieth year teaching at Hoffman. My first experience at Hoffman was as a student! I continued my education at Springman Junior High School, Glenbrook South High School, and Indiana University in Bloomington. Go Big Red! I received my Master’s Degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
My favorite activities (besides teaching) include reading, going to dinner with friends and family, jogging along Chicago’s lakefront on cool days, relaxing with a hot cup of coffee, shopping, and watching movies.
Another favorite activity of mine is travel. I have been fortunate to visit many amazing places around the world including Mexico, Canada, Italy, Argentina, England, Ireland, Dominican Republic, Greece, Netherlands, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
Several years ago I took a solo trip to Australia for two weeks. It was a wonderful, life-changing experience for me. A few summers ago I rented an RV with two good friends and traveled 2,000 miles from Yellowstone National Park to the Grand Canyon.
